Course: Stress Management
"Stress Management" is a practical course for leaders, managers, HR professionals, and business owners who work in conditions of constant stress and uncertainty. If, even after a "rest," you feel exhausted, have trouble sleeping, concentrating, and feeling down, it's a sign that you need a reboot, not another vacation.
