How to log in to the platform?
You can log in using one of the following convenient ways:
— via ID.GOV.UA, Google or Facebook;
— by email and password;
— or register by clicking the "Create an account" button.
Can I have multiple business accounts on the platform?
Yes, you can. You can create several accounts — each of them will correspond to a separate business. This option is available after successful verification (moderation) of the company.
If my business has quality certificates, can I add them?
Yes, you can upload certificates, licenses or other official documents. Here's how to do it:
1. in your profile, go to the Business tab;
2. click the Add business page button;
3. in the form of adding a business, fill in the Certificates field — this is where you can attach the necessary documents.
What is the difference between a Brief Business Description and a Detailed Business Description?
In the Brief description field, you need to provide a short description of your business (up to 1–2 sentences). It will be displayed in the business card.
In the Detailed description field, provide a full description of the business activities, features, values, or history.
Can I register a business if I am not the owner?
Yes, you can. In this case, you need to attach a power of attorney in the appropriate field to continue registration.
I want to register a company, what should I specify in the Name of the legal entity field?
In the Legal entity name field, you must enter the full official name of the company.
What address of the company should I enter in the Registration address section?
In the Registration address section, you must specify the legal address of the company (region, settlement, street, house, office number, zip code).
Is it possible to edit information about a company, business, product or service after its publication?
Yes, you can. In order to do this, go to the appropriate tab in your account (Company, Business, Product or Service) and click the Edit button to open the form.
How do I know if my company/business/goods or services have been moderated?
As soon as the moderation is completed, the user will receive an email notification and a message in the account with the moderation status.
Why is the Edit button inactive?
This means that the business, company, product/service is still being moderated. Once it is completed, the button will become available automatically.
What is a Fair?
A Fair is a virtual event that lasts for a certain period and has a clear theme and direction. It brings together events that take place in different cities on the basis of the Diia.Business centers.
On the Fair page, you can find general information about the event (name, form and location) and go directly to the event at the center to register.
(registration for the event takes place directly at the center that hosts the event)
What is a Fair Catalog?
A Fair Catalog is a page with a list of fairs of various directions that provide users with information about events from different centers united by a common theme.
How do I post information about goods or services on my business page?
The Add product or service feature is available only after successful moderation.
To add a product:
1. open your account;
2. go to the Businesses tab (a successfully moderated business will have an active Goods and services button in the card (businesses that have not been moderated have an inactive button);
3. click on the Goods and services button to get to the corresponding page. On this page, using the Add product or service button, you can:
— add a new product or service by clicking Add Goods or services;
— view the moderation status of added items;
— edit existing items.
Can I sell my goods and services on the platform?
No, selling directly on the platform is not allowed.
However, you can add a link to an online store, marketplace, or your own website where users can buy your product or service. In order to do this, use the Link where you can buy the product field.
What should I specify in the Type of goods and services field?
In the Type of goods and services field, you need to list the goods or services that you provide (for example: furniture, design, educational courses).
What is the function of the Bestseller checkbox?
The Bestseller button means that the product is popular. Products with this checkbox are displayed first in the list of products on the Business page, which helps to draw the attention of customers to them.
