Pilates is available for women and men with the aim of maintaining physical fitness, working with back and joint pain, restoring healthy posture, maintaining and improving physical condition after injuries, childbirth, operations, etc.
The center employs trainers from the international school “Polestar Pilates” in the training process, who know how to work holistically to improve the body in various conditions.
