He is a co-founder and participant of the nationwide impact project "Family Dairy Farms" — an innovative initiative aimed at reviving and developing small-scale farming in Ukraine. Before the full-scale war, the main goal of the project was to create a nationwide network of 5,000 family dairy farms capable of providing the country with quality milk and forming a new layer of entrepreneurs in rural areas. Today, despite challenging conditions, we continue to actively grow and already unite more than 300 family dairy farms across 13 regions of Ukraine with herds starting from 10 cows. Our activities are aimed not only at milk production but also at creating sustainable jobs, supporting farming families, and developing local economies.
Our social impact consists of:
- improving the living standards of rural families;
- preserving and scaling up the dairy industry;
- introducing modern technologies into small-scale farming;
- providing the population with natural and high-quality dairy products;
- fostering a new culture of responsible farming.

The motivation for the project is the revival of Ukrainian villages, creating opportunities for people to stay and develop within their communities, as well as establishing a sustainable system of local milk production and processing that contributes to the country's economic security.
