In 2019, the Zhong Cha brand released the “Red Rhyme” series — Golden Bud and Spring Tips. Delicate buds harvested in spring in Menghai underwent a three-year fermentation process and were pressed into medium-density cakes. This series was created for experimentation — its aroma evolves with temperature and humidity, revealing notes of dried fruits, flowers, cocoa, nuts, and wood.
