About Psyho.logika

Psyho.logika is a space for mental comfort, development and interdisciplinary interaction, founded by a psychologist, which combines individual psychological assistance, group work, psychoeducational products and joint events with the participation of specialists from other fields (lawyers, teachers, coaches, etc.).

The main focus of the activity is psychological consultations for adults and work with:
* interpersonal and internal conflicts;
* partner and family relationships;
* emotional and professional burnout;
* chronic stress and anxiety;
* self-worth, personal boundaries and internal blocks;
* psychological barriers in financial realization and achieving goals.

In addition to individual work, the space actively develops group formats: workshops, lectures, open meetings and interdisciplinary events aimed at developing stress resistance, emotional literacy, self-realization and psychological maturity.

An important part of the activity is the creation and sale of psychological tools: psychoeducational materials (books, support cards), metaphorical associative maps, developed in collaboration and under the guidance of a clinical psychologist.
