I am Anzhelika Olegivna, the founder of a craft bakery where bread becomes not just a product, but a part of history and care. My journey in baking began with a desire to create something real, alive, and honest — something that brings people comfort and a sense of home. Gradually, a small passion turned into a life's work. In the bakery, I combined traditional recipes, work with sourdough, and technologies that help make processes more efficient. My motivation is to develop the craft, create products that people trust, and build a bakery that grows together with its community.
