Jerkon is a veteran business that combines Ukrainian culinary traditions with innovative flavors. We aim to create a new segment in the market—premium meat snacks with unconventional flavor combinations that are not yet offered by Ukrainian producers. From classic salo following ancestral recipes to chicken jerky with berries and mint. Every marinade is made from our own organic produce, grown within 1 km of the production site, making each product natural, pure, and unique. We don’t just make a snack—we create a gastronomic experience that revives traditions and sets new standards in the premium meat snack market.
