In the city of Synelnyky and Synelnyky district of Dnipropetrovsk region, which includes 33 territorial communities, there was previously no possibility of receiving permanent ophthalmological care. In order to solve this problem, a modern ophthalmological center (optics) was created, which today successfully functions and provides residents of the region with high-quality medical services.
The institution provides regular reception of an ophthalmologist, is equipped with modern diagnostic equipment and has the ability to conduct hardware treatment and planned ophthalmological operations. Patients can receive a full range of services - from initial consultation, preventive examinations and diagnostics to treatment, selection of vision correction devices and postoperative support.
Thanks to the work of the center, residents of the district, in particular internally displaced persons and military personnel, are no longer forced to regularly travel to regional centers to receive specialized care. The facility serves over 30,000 community residents, helps reduce the burden on medical institutions in the region, increases the level of early detection of eye diseases, and improves the quality of life of the region's population.
