About Dao Noodle Bar
My name is Anna Pyatnytska, I am an entrepreneur and co-founder of the Asian cafe Dao Noodle Bar. Dao has been operating since 2019 and has become a business that has withstood quarantine, full-scale invasion and periods of blackouts. For me, Dao is about the stability of taste, service and humanity even in times of uncertainty. We prepare Asian dishes according to standardized recipes, constantly improving processes and customer experience. My motivation is to develop a sustainable business that combines gastronomy, modern management and care for the team and guests.
