About BS-ONLAIN
Services include:
bookkeeping of accruals and payments of co-owners’ contributions;
ccounting of maintenance and operational expenses for the HOA;
payroll calculation and salary payments for employees;
preparation and submission of financial and statistical reports;
expense control according to the budget approved by the general assembly;
consultations on activities, maintenance, and management of the HOA.
Reporting and HR administration:
maintaining HR records, including preparation of: orders, personal files, sick leaves, timesheets, travel expense reports;
processing requests from the Pension Fund regarding benefits/subsidies, work with the PFU portal;
preparation and submission of periodic reports: monthly Unified Report, annual reports (non-profit, financial reports 1ms, 2ms), statistical reports (quarterly debt reports), land tax declarations;
accounting via the online service Dakh or BAS software, ensuring data safety and security;
electronic document management through Vchasno, Paperless, Sota;
communication with co-owners regarding accruals/payments, reconciliation of mutual settlements on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00;
possibility of contracting with a private entrepreneur (FOP) with appropriate activity codes or an LLC;
